Originate Modem

Before making a call, the originate modem must be configured with the following commands, which apply only to the next call.

Command Description
%SPRT desired security mode
%SUID User ID
%SPWD password
%SCBR call back reference
%SKEY key

During dialing (using the D command) you may, instead, include the parameters with the dialing command, using the % dial modifier as shown in the following example.

ATDTnnnnnnnn, %Mode, [User ID], Password, [Callback]

e.g. ATDT1234567%2, johnsmith

ATDT9876543%1, 13, ,johnsmith, HOME
