CD Lamp

Description
This extended-syntax command enables (or disables) use of the CD lamp to indicate when the modem is training, retraining, or rate re-negotiating. When the value is 0, normal CD lamp behavior is enabled. When the value is 1, the CD lamp shall repeatedly flash ON and OFF to indicate training or rate re-negotiation as follows:

Initial Training
ON 240 ms, OFF 240 ms

Rate re-negotiation
ON 60 ms, OFF 60 ms

Retrain
ON 240 ms, OFF 240 ms

Note: The %CD command has no effect on the RLSD signal. Normal extended syntax rules apply to the %CD? and %CD=? commands.
