AT [other cmds]  $BRC=? [other cmds] cr inquires range of  valid [n]                                
AT [other cmds]  $BRC? [other cmds] cr inquires current value [n]

0 Disable host initiation of  BRC state. (Default).                                                 
1 Enable host initiation of BRC state for one call only.                                            
Value is automatically changed from 1 to 0 at end of call.                                         
2 Enable host initiation of BRC state.
