Behavior    The modem executing the $GETBRC command performs the following:                                   

            1. Send the remote escape sequence _+BRC+_ using  greater than S153 as the guard times.           

            2. Wait for confirmation.                                                                         

            3. Issue result code as received from target within S7 or timeout and issue
