S12 Hayes Escape Guard Time

Description
The time specified by S12 sets the guard time for the Hayes Patented Escape Process with guard time. The guard time also controls how quickly the escape sequence characters must be entered, since the interval between entry of each of the three characters must be of shorter duration than that specified for the guard time. If guard time is set to 0, timing is not a factor.
