S59 - Leased-Line Failure Alarm

Description
This register enables the leased-line failure alarm. When the alarm is enabled and the leased-line connection fails, the modem speaker is turned on at maximum volume until the end of dial backup or the leased-line connection is restored.

This register is currently used only with 4-wire leased-line operation.
