S61 - Leased-Line Retry Number

Description
When the value of this register is 0, the modem continues to retry to establish the leased-line connection indefinitely. If the value is larger than 0, the modem retries the number of times equal to the value and then attempts a dial backup connection. This register is used with 4-wire leased-line operation.
