S69 - Link Layer k Parameter

Description
This register allows you to set the maximum number of unacknowledged frames allowed at the link layer (window size) for X.25 and error-control calls. Changes to this value take effect when the next connection is established. LAPB and X.25 can use the range of 1 to 8, while V.42 can use a window size range of 1 to 127. Any value greater than eight shall be treated as if it were only 8 if X.25 or LAPB is in use. Thus the apparent default value for LAPB and X.25 is eight even if the actual default value of the register is 15.
