S144 - Autobaud Speed Group Selection

Description
Some Japanese computers have DTE speeds that are different than normally used by other countries. The value of S144 selects alternate autobaud speed sets. When an alternate set of speeds are used, the connect result codes indicate speeds that are in the autobaud set.
