S144 - Autobaud Speed Group Selection
Description
Some Japanese computers have DTE speeds that are different than normally
used by other countries. The value of S144 selects alternate autobaud speed
sets. When an alternate set of speeds are used, the connect result codes
indicate speeds that are in the autobaud set.

Value Speeds
0 - Standard DTE Speed, Using S144=0 supports the following DTE speeds:
300, 1200, 2400, 4800, 7200, 9600, 12000, 14400, 19200, 28800, 38400, 57600
115,200 and 230,400 bits/s.
Set 1 - Use S144 =1 for the following DTE speeds: 300, 1200, 2400, 4800,
9600, 20800, 31200, 41600, 62400, and 124,800 bits/s.
Set 2 - Use S144 =2 for the following DTE speeds: 300, 1200, 2400, 4800,
9600, 19200, 38400, 51200, 76800, and 153,600 bits/s.
Note: The speeds available with value 0 may be limited by selections
made in the feature table. The commands %Nx (x = 0,1,2) also set S144 to
