Parameter 14 - Line Feed Padding

In the online data transfer state only, parameter 14 specifies the number of ASCII NUL characters to transmit after a LINE FEED. This parameter is required by some devices to allow time to move the platen after receiving a line feed character.

Parameter 14 supports the following values:

Values   Description                                                  

0        No padding after line feed (factory setting)                 

1-255    Number of padding characters inserted after line feed
