Resetting a Virtual Channel
While online to another user on the network, if the escape sequence
returns to the PAD command state, the channel is reset.
Activity:
User is connected to a packet-switched network, has established a virtual
connection, then escapes to the PAD command state, and resets the virtual
channel.

Result:
The PAD resets the virtual channel and returns the following information
to the user: RESET <reset_cause_codes>
