De-Transparentization (Transparent XON/XOFF)

In the de-transparentization (recovery) process, the receiving device scans for DLEs. When one is found, it is discarded, and the following character is exclusive-ORed with the value $21, recovering the original character. Note that XONs and XOFFs that appear between the DLE and the following transparent character are for flow control and do not affect the recovery process.
