Testing the Tone Dialer - &T2

This command tests the multi-frequency tone dialer of the modem by sending out continuous tones of the keypad characters (0-9, A-D, *, #).

To generate any tone combination, type:

AT X1 &T2 DT (followed by one of the keypad characters: 0-9, A-D) <CR>

The modem transmits a continuous tone pair until the <tCR>key is pressed or &T0 is entered to end the test.
