sp_queue_read procedure

Purpose 

This procedure is used by the SQL Remote Message Agent, and should not be called directly.

Syntax 

sp_queue_read start_offset, stop_offset

Description 

This procedure reads transactions from the stable queue. It is exclusively for use by the Message Agent.
